Your gas fireplace should have annual service performed just like your furnace.  Aspen Fireplace will perform  an 11 point inspection to verify that the fireplace is operating correctly and efficiently.

We can also install some of our most popular accessories at the time of the Annual Service.  Many customers will take that time to add a Remote Control to turn your fireplace on and off, or a blower to increase the heat output of your fireplace.

Our checklist includes:

1. Shop vac the gas controls compartment.
   

2. Clean the Glass inside and out.
   

3. Install new burning embers.
   

4. Check the gas log placement.
   

5. Check for gas leaks.
   

6. Adjust the pilot.
   

7. Adjust the air shutter.
   

8. Check electrical connections.
   

9. Measure Thermopile output.
   

10. Inspect door gasket.
    

11. Inspect the pressure release gate.
